How do I upgrade to become a PRO?
Answer: Just login and go to "Upgrade" in the menu bar
on top.

I've sent my Ezine, but did not get an immediate response. Has
it been sent out completely?
Answer: We schedule the actual delivery of the Ezines by using
Drip Marketing Tactics. If for instance you've sent it out to
10,115 people, it can take up to 30 days before everyone has received
it, because we send it by intervals. We count the numbers of ezine
ads one receives and we'll make sure one does not get to many,
as we want to get as much attention to your ad as possible.

log in and go to "Broadcast".

Yesterday I got a message telling me I had a new personal enroller.
But when I log in, my stats do not show this member in my downline?
Answer: Free members can delete their account.
Whenever this happens, this member will not be shown in your stats
anymore.
4.
I have paid for my upgrade but my account says I am still free.
What should I do?
Answer: First of all, DO NOT SPONSOR new
members before you are pro. When you sponsor new people being
a free affiliate, you are not qualified for a matrix position
and thus people will not be placed in your downline. Think before
you act here! Just Contact
us and we'll upgrade you asap.

How do I change my credit card details?
Answer:
Please select the payment provider:
1 - Cee-Kay - Click
here to update your credit card info.to update your credit
card info. Enter your member ID in the empty field next to the
field that says "48". Then enter the last four digits
of your credit card.
2 - Paysystems - To change your credit card details go
to http://www.PaySystems.com
and click on "Card Holder Center" on the right. You
can retrieve your order with the first and last 6 digits of your
credit card and by specifying the initial amount of money ($27.94)
you did pay for your membership.

If I cancel my Pro subscription, do I lose my matrix downline
as well?
Answer: Absolutely.

How do I cancel my account?
Answer: Login and go to "Profile"
in the menu bar on top. On the Profile page scroll to the bottom
and click on "Delete my account". Deleting your account
is irreversible. PROs must notify EzineBlaze using the link at the bottom of this page. This is done to prevent
you deleting your matrix position by accident.

Do I need to personally enroll people in order to earn?
Answer: No, there's no recruiting qualification.
The only requirement is that you are a PRO member. (upgrade).
PRO members can earn from their 3x5 Infinite Cycling Matrix without
enrolling personally.
Their matrix can be filled by: Upline over spill, downline activity
and side-line compression. Normally this takes some time. We can't
predict exactly when you will get spillover or side-line compression
as that depends mainly on other people's efforts. We estimate
that most will see significant activity within 3 to 6 months.
Spillover takes time and a little momentum. We estimate that sideline
compression will take a little longer. However, it will be worth
waiting for as it will bring business builders into your matrix!

I upgraded to PRO and suddenly the upgrade notifications stopped.
How come?
Answer: There are 2 types of growth notifications:
Free Tour Company Wide Growth Reports and PRO member notifications.
We SHOW FREE affiliates the growth of our business to PROVE our
concept. However ALL growth helps to build your business as we
have side-line compression. To see that in action study our compensation
plan movies on our site. We recommend that you read our compensation
page closely and study the 2 flash movies as it will give you
insight into
the awesome potential this type of plan has.
10.
When will my PowerLine get active?
Answer: The PowerLine is an EXTRA hitter
compensation which operates separately from the 3x5 matrix. As
soon as you have personally enrolled 6 PROs it will open with
the next enroller and from then on it will produce INFINITE income.
This is meant to compensate the business builders in the network.
Those business builders are important to produce the overspill
and side-line compression hence the Powerline Reward for them.

Problem accessing your Ez-Optin account?
Answer: Please go to http://ez-optin.com/forgot.html
and enter your Ezine
contact email address to retrieve your password. By default it's
not the same as your EzineBlaze account.
12.
I do not receive Ezines and/or Company Newsletters and/or Growth
reports and/or my Test Ezine. What's wrong?
Answer: Please check your email address
for filters, spam traps, message rules, etc. Also it's possible
your ISP set up filters or domain blocks. We can ensure you your
email / test ezine was send to your address. If you keep having
the same problem please change the email address in your profile
(don't forget to confirm it or it won't be changed).
13.
I didn't recieve my activation code, when will I receive it?
Answer: The verification email to activate
your account was send instantely to your address. If you do not
verify your address your account will be deleted in 24 hours.
If you didn't receive that email, please check your email address
for filters, spam traps, isp blockings, message rules, etc. I
can ensure you your email / test ezine was send to your address.
If
you keep having the same problem please change the email address
and try again.
14.
I just signed up and am unable to login, what's wrong?
Answer: Probably you didn't verify your
address with us, when someone fails to do that within 24 hours
the account will be reset by our system and given free again.
Please
sign up again and verify your account by using the link in the
confirmation email (send instantly) send to you.
15.
Why is there no telephone number on the site?
Answer: As an online business we update
this FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page regularly as new queries
are submitted to us. We try to answer all other e-mail questions
within 24 hours during business days. However, if you'd really
like to talk to us personally, please e-mail us and we will forward
our telephone number to you immediately, no problem.
